Take a look at the projects and the pricing involved.  Every project is unique to the customer and their requirements. The prices quoted below do not include the associated landscaping, electrical requirements or site difficulties such as narrow access or tree removal.  Now, that being said, you need to remember that these pictures demonstrate only aesthetics here.         The real key to Magnolia Ponds' happy customers is what you don't see.  Over the years we have developed a pond system that does not require an annual cleanout, that keeps the water clear, keeps your fish happy,that ALLOWS YOU TO ENJOY YOUR POND and not work on it incessantly.             With 33 years of designing and building water features, Magnolia Ponds will never be the cheapest company around.  However, when it comes to a good value at a fair price, Magnolia Ponds delivers!  Designing a backyard without considering spatial harmony will result in either overcrowded or wasted areas that will never be used.  And inexperienced builders, usually selling on price, placing a bunch of rocks into a hole and filling it with water will cause disappointment and heavy maintenance.

Project "A" .$21,995 depending on location, access, slope, and other site variables. It includes aerated wetlands filter, under-gravel floor filter, external pump, Helix skimmer system, completely rocked veneered walls.

 Project B  $21,595  depending on location, access, slope, and other site variables.  Price includes installation, aerated wetlands filter, under-gravel floor filter, external pump, Helix skimmer system, completely rocked veneered walls.

Landscaping, lighting, and electrical outlet are not included.

Project "C"  Eco Style Pond $15,895 depending on access, slope, and other site variables.  Price includes a waterfall, aerated wetlands filter, rock walls, and gravel floor.  Also included is a 4,000 GPH pump, EPDM liner, underlayment, Skimmer, and Schedule 40 plumbing.  Installation is included. 

Note: this is an eco-system pond and does not include an undergravel filter.
